Gap Vax Cyclone Rebuild

Aluminum Extrusion Racks

I was contracted to build 12 of these aluminum extrusion racks from mild steel. They are 24' long and 4' wide and I maintained 1/8" tolerances on all dimensions. In total over 70 individual pieces of steel go into each rack!
