Aluminum Extrusion Racks

We were contracted to build 12 of these aluminum extrusion racks from mild steel. They are 24' long and 4' wide and I maintained 1/8" tolerances on all dimensions.

We were contracted to design/build a loading dock for the Portland Oregon yard of MP Environmental. The requirements were engineered for a 5ton forklift and accomodates 5 tracktror trailers. Additionally the removable ramp is adjustable so that it can be used for loading flatbed tractor trailers.
