We were contracted to complete this project for a client in Phoenix. This 33′ Mandril is used to compact the foundation for piers and is designed/built to withstand significant stress.
We welded a 3″ plate to a 31′ W-Beam, then modified the beam to attach a 16″ x 1″ tube with various hardened steel weldments. Finally, we rolled and welded various chain mounts which are bolted to replaceable chain systems.
